How long does a door installation take?

Most single and double entry door replacements are completed within one day. Larger projects like bi-fold systems may take 1–2 days. We'll give you an exact timeline during your free consultation and stick to it.

What materials do you recommend for Canadian climates?

For exterior applications in Canadian climates, we most often recommend fiberglass or steel doors with polyurethane foam cores. These materials resist warping and cracking in freeze-thaw cycles and maintain tight seals year-round.

Do I need to be home during installation?

Yes, we ask that a responsible adult (18+) be present. Our crew will confirm an exact arrival window the day before. You'll want to be available at the end for a brief walkthrough and to sign off on the completed work.

What's included in the lifetime warranty?

Our lifetime warranty covers the door product (frame, slab, glass, and weatherstripping), all hardware we supply and install, and our labor workmanship. If anything fails, we'll repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty is also fully transferable if you sell your home.

Can I upgrade glass or hardware after purchase?

Absolutely. We offer decorative glass inserts (clear, frosted, textured, art glass) and premium hardware lines. We'll bring samples to your consultation so you can compare options in your own home's lighting before deciding.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We work with several financing partners to offer flexible payment plans. Options include 0% interest for 12 months on qualifying purchases, or extended terms for larger projects. Our consultants will walk you through all options with zero obligation.

Will my new door qualify for government rebates?

Many of our ENERGY STAR® certified products qualify for federal and provincial home energy retrofit grants. We'll provide the documentation and product specs to support your applications. Ask your consultant about eligibility during your free estimate.
